Managing Partner

Ryan is a Managing Partner at Leadership Decision Group, where he works closely with investors, board members, CEOs, and business owners to create the highest-performing management teams.

Ryan has extensive experience with Private Equity and Venture Capital backed companies.  He played a crucial role in building and leading the global sales and operations teams for a Boston-based B2B SaaS start-up that was acquired by VMWare for $2.1B in 2019.  He also learned invaluable lessons working with other early-stage ventures struggling through their crucial early stages of development, which prepared him to play a critical role in launching the first-ever InsurTech accelerator in Connecticut.  These experiences taught him the dramatic impact of having the “right” people in the right roles at critical inflection points and the high cost of having the wrong people in place.

Ryan is a University of Connecticut School of Business graduate and devoted fan of UCONN Men’s Basketball.  He and his wife have three beautiful children and love spending time outdoors.
