RYAN EVANS
Partner
Ryan has extensive experience with high-growth technology companies. He played a key role building and leading the global sales and operations teams for a Boston based start-up that was acquired by VMWare for $2.1B in 2019. He also learned invaluable lessons working with other tech start-ups struggling through their crucial early stages of development, which prepared him to play a critical role launching the first ever InsurTech accelerator in Hartford, CT. These experiences taught him the dramatic impact of having the “right” people in the right roles at critical inflection points, as well as the high cost of having the wrong people in place. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut's School of Business and the father of three beautiful children.
